At the event, we will have our full line of equipment on display and in action.  We will also be showcasing new and exciting additions for 2008.  Our full staff will be in attendance ready to answer any questions you may have.  Whether you are thinking of getting into the frozen treats business or you are an experienced operator, you will benefit from attending our Open House.

Sentry Equipment’s Ice Cream Academy is back for 2008!   Did you miss our last year's Ice Cream Academy?  If so, don't worry because these invaluable seminars are back.  Learn from the experts at Sentry Equipment.  Here is our 2008 Academy schedule dates and topics: 

September 23rd, 2008:  Starting a frozen dessert business

This in depth course deals with all aspects of starting a frozen dessert business.  From the search for a location to the training of employees, this one day Academy will give you all the tools you need to start your business the right way. 

 

September 24th, 2008:  Batching for Beginners

Have you been thinking of making your own Italian Water ice and/or Ice Cream?  Are you currently buying wholesale product?   Have you just always wondered about the batching process and how these products are made?  This one day Academy is perfect for the batching novice and not only deals with the beginning basics, but will give you information to help you decide if batching is right for your operation. 

 

October 14th, 2008:  Adding new products to better your bottom line

You have the same products every year.  Small wonder that your profits are the same too!  This one day Academy will show you how to add products and procedures to better your bottom line.  We will show you the hot product trends coming up and analyze your store and different things you can do and products you can add to stimulate your profits. 

 

October 15th, 2008:  Batching for All

This one day Academy is a more advanced version of our Batching for Beginners.  Designed more for the experienced batch operator, we will deal with more techniques, new recipes, product trends and handle all aspects that come up during batch production. 

 

To sign up for any of our 2008 Ice Cream Academies, simply call Rob Romarino at 800-853-8026.   The registration fee is $200 for one day and $300 if you would like to attend two days.  Payment is required in advance at the time of registration.  However, the fee can also be used against the purchase of new equipment for up to one year!   Space is limited so please call as soon as possible if you would like to attend.
