For nearly 30 years, Sentry Equipment has been a leader in the frozen dessert industry. Our 2009 Ice Cream Academy allows you to benefit from those three decades of experience. We provide a fully equipped facility so you experience the best learning opportunity possible.
This year’s Ice Cream Academy is designed for those entrepreneurs who desire to enter into a high-profit business, those who wish to explore a new career, ice cream shop and restaurant owners that want to increase profits, those who have always wanted to be their own boss, and business owners that want to have the best equipment to efficiently produce their product.
Our hands-on educational program educates and equips you in the tradition of making delicious tasting frozen desserts: Soft Serve or Hard Premium Ice Cream, Yogurt, Shakes, Smoothies, Italian Water Ice, Frozen Custard, Sorbets, Gelatos, Ice Cream Cakes, and many other forms of Frozen Desserts. This education will give you the tools to build or grow a successful frozen dessert business.
Price: $150.00 per person with discounts available for additional attendees. Registration fee can be used as a credit towards the purchase of any equipment from Sentry Equipment.
Dates: We will be holding various ICA’s throughout the course of the year. The first will begin in the Summer of 2010. The dates are not yet determined. Please call for additional information.
