In this five part training series, Rob and Angelo will demonstrate the process of making lemon water ice and Granny Smith Apple water ice. They will be using the Electro Freeze B12 V Batch Freezer for the entire process.
While mixing and freezing the water ice in the B12 V machine, Rob and Angelo impart some knowledge on the frozen dessert industry.
Rob explains the viscosity settings on the machine as the water ice nears completion. Watch as they dispense the water ice from the machine to get ready to serve.
We're done with the lemon water ice batch and now Rob and Angelo prep and produce the Granny Smith Apple batch.
